The revamped Malaysia My Second Home program offers three distinct tiers for global citizens seeking long-term residency.

SILVER Tier

  • Deposit: USD 150,000
  • Duration: 5 Years
  • Renewable
  • Stay Req: 60 Days/Year

GOLD Tier

  • Deposit: USD 500,000
  • Duration: 15 Years
  • Renewable
  • Stay Req: 60 Days/Year

PLATINUM Tier

  • Deposit: USD 1,000,000
  • PR Eligibility: Yes
  • Duration: 20 Years
  • Stay Req: 60 Days/Year

Key Requirements & Benefits

1. Principals & Dependents

Open to applicants aged 25 and above. Dependents include spouse, children (under 21, or up to 34 if unmarried & studying), and parents-in-law.

2. Withdrawal Rules

Up to 50% of the principal deposit can be withdrawn after 1 year for approved expenses: property purchase, healthcare, or education.

3. Purchase of Property

Foreigners can purchase property, provided it meets the minimum threshold set by each state (typically RM 600k - RM 1m).

4. Why "Federal"?

Unlike the Sarawak MM2H (S-MM2H), this federal program allows residence anywhere in West Malaysia (KL, Penang, Johor) and Sabah.
