What is DE Rantau?
Launched by MDEC (Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation), the DE Rantau Nomad Pass allows qualified digital freelancers and remote workers to stay in Malaysia for 12 months, renewable for another 12 months.
It is part of the Professional Visit Pass (PVP) category but streamlined for the digital economy.

Who Can Apply?

Income Requirement
Must earn at least USD 24,000 per year (or RM 8,000 / month).

Approval & Payment
Receive approval letter and pay the visa fee online.
Endorsement
Bring your passport to the Immigration Department to get the pass sticker.
