You will play a key role in ensuring smooth visa application processes and maintaining client relationships.
- Client Assistance: Guide clients through visa application processes.
- Sales Coordination: Follow up with potential clients (approx. 3 hours daily).
- Administrative Duties: Handle documentation, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Task Management: Execute tasks diligently (approx. 4 hours daily).
- Reporting: Provide timely updates on progress.
Candidate Profile
Client-Facing Ready
Comfortable with video/online meetings and professional communication.
Tech Savvy
Proficient in Excel, Google Docs, Email, and WhatsApp.
Independent
Responsible, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Language Skills
English and Malay proficiency required. Chinese is a plus.
Must be based in or near Miri (Permy), Sarawak.
