Included with every booked package

Urgent visa/pass extension support + unlimited follow-ups

The displayed RM150, RM350 or RM700 private service fee includes these complimentary support items for the same traveller and journey.

Urgent visa/pass extension eligibility review

If a visa or pass expiry is close, we review the facts, identify the relevant official route and organise a document checklist. You contact or submit to the authority; eligibility and approval remain its decision.

Unlimited reasonable WhatsApp follow-ups

Ask follow-up questions and send document updates as often as needed during the agreed service window for the same trip.

No separate add-on charge

This included support does not add a separate AUSVJ fee. Government, entry, translation, notarisation, courier and other third-party charges remain separate.

“Unlimited” means reasonable document and process guidance for the same booked journey during the agreed service window. It never means unlimited applications, an unlimited extension period, or a guaranteed official decision.
